Conditions for use
| 1. | The organisation should be responsible for the good conduct of its swimmers, officials, spectators and guests. |
| 2. |
The premises of the Swimming Pools should be kept clean and tidy during the use. Dustbins should be used for disposal of refuse. Soft drinks should be served in plastic bottles and cups only. Lighting of firecrackers is strictly forbidden. |
| 3. | Organisers should make arrangements to bring their own Public Address System if needed. |
| 4. | Any display of publicity panels should, in the first instance, be cleared with this Council. |
| 5. | Any loss or damage caused to the properties of the Swimming Pools should be made good by the user within a period of 15 days from the date the loss/damage was caused. |
| 6. | Consumption of alcoholic drink and smoking are strictly forbidden on any of the premises. |
| 7. | Only official caterers of the Mauritius Sports Council are authorised to sell their products inside the premises. |
| 8. | The Mauritius Sports Council should not be held responsible for any mishap or accident. |
| 9. | Swimmers should compulsorily take a shower before entering the pool through the authorised access. |
| 10. | Shoes should not be worn in the immediate vicinity of the pool. |
| 11. | Swimmers should not run on the pool deck. |
| 12 | Swimmers should dive only in the authorised areas. |
| 13. | Access will not be allowed to anyone having skin problems. |
| 14. |
All swimmers should wear a swim cap and a swimwear. |
| 15. |
Pupils are required to undergo a medical examination. |
| 16. |
Any instruction given on the spot by the Officer in Charge or Swimming Coach of the Ministry should be strictly adhered to. |
| 17. | The Sports Council reserves the right to refuse the use of the Swimming Pool if any of the above conditions have not been followed. |

In addition, you may note that the swimming pool is being put at your disposal on a temporary basis only. The Sports Council reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of:-
