Police assistance should be sought by the organisers who should ensure that all security measures are maintained until all spectators have left the premises. |

The Organisation should be responsible for the good conduct of its players/coaches and officials. |

The premises of the Football Ground should be kept clean and tidy during the training session. Dustbins should be used for disposal of refuse. Soft drinks should be served in plastic bottles and cups only. Lighting of firecrackers is strictly forbidden. |

Any display of publicity panels should, in the first instance, be cleared with this Council. |

Organisers should make arrangements to bring their own Public Address System. The volume of loudspeakers should be at an acceptable level. |

Consumption of alcoholic drink and smoking are strictly forbidden on any of the premises. |
