Conditions for use
1. Police assistance should be sought by the organisers who should ensure that all security measures are maintained until all spectators have left the premises
2. The Organising body should be responsible for the good conduct of players/coaches/officials/guests and the public.
3. Soft drinks should be served in plastic bottles and cups only.
4.Organisers should make arrangements for bringing their own Public Address System.
5. The premises of the Stadium should be kept clean during the holding of the activity. Dustbins should be used for disposal of refuse.
6. Any display of publicity panels or any type of banner should, in the first instance, be cleared with this Council.
7. Any loss or damage caused to the properties of the Stadium should be made good, by the organisers, within a period of 15 days from the date the loss or damage was caused.
8. Consumption of alcoholic drink and smoking are strictly forbidden on the premises of the Stadium.
9.Lighting of firecrackers is strictly forbidden, the synthetic grass being highly inflammable.
10. The Mauritius Sports Council should not be held responsible for any mishap or accident.
11. Only the official caterers of the Mauritius Sports Council are authorised to sell their products inside the Stadium.
12. Any instruction given by the Officer in Charge of the Stadium or any other person designated by him should strictly be adhered to.
13. A rental fee, if any, determined by the Council will be charged for use of infrastructure.
14. Future request for use of the Stadium should be made to the Mauritius Sports Council through the Officer in Charge at least two weeks in advance.
15. The Sports Council reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of;
- extreme climatic conditions,
- use of the stadium by the Ministry and the MSC,
- use of the stadium for organisation of any major event, unforeseen events (technical problems etc..),
- closure of stadium for maintenance purposes.
- or for any other related reasons.
16.The Sports Council reserves the right to refuse the use of the Stadium in future if any of the above conditions have not been respected.

Dear members of the Sports family, you have in hand what I consider to be a vital communication tool. The aim behind the website is to create a link within the Mauritian Sports Community. It’s also an opportunity for me to pay tribute to all these benevolent who serve our sport, year in and year out. I seize this opportunity to inform all our partners that the Mauritius Sports Council has moved a step forward and that we are now ISO 9001:2008 certified.
Members of the Sports Community, rest assured that the Mauritius Sports Council is doing its utmost to plan, coordinate and promote competitive and healthy recreational sports through financial, administrative and service assistance. These being the MSC vision and objectives.
Without the precious collaboration of each and everyone from the Mauritian Sports family it is impossible for the MSC to achieve its vision and objectives. I graciously thank the Ministry of Youth and Sports, all our stakeholders, and all our sponsors for their fruitful collaboration.
