Sports Medicine Project

The seminar on Sports Medicine is organised for students in secondary schools, throughout the island,  by the Medical / Paramedical Committee of the Mauritius Sports Council.  
   
The objectives are to raise students' awareness on:-  
   
  •  the benefits of physical activities on health
  
  • the importance of good nutrition and
  
  • the use of ice in the treatment of injuries
