The Mauvilac Industries Ltd is the partner of the Mauritius Sports Council since year 2011 for painting of walls of sports infrastructure which are managed by the MSC.
 
The signature of contract between the Mauritius Sports Council and Mauvilac Industries Ltd was held on Monday 06 October 2014 in the conference room of the Ministry of Youth & Sports in Port Louis in the presence of:
 
• Mr. J. Phokeer, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth & Sports,
• Mr. Kris L. Appadoo, Chairman of the Mauritius Sports Council,
• Mr. A. Roland Maurel, Chief Executive Officer of the Mauvilac Industries Ltd,
• Mrs. Rina Seegobin, Head of Marketing of the Mauvilac Industries Ltd,
• Mr. I. Seebaluck, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth & Sports,
• Mr. Samoo Pillay, Senior Sports Officer of the Ministry of Youth & Sports
• Mr. Prasand Ujoodha, Managing Secretary of the Mauritius Sports Council,
• Mr. D. Seetharamboo  and Mr. S. Oodunt, Board Members of the Mauritius Sports Council and staff and the
• Press
 
Mr. A. Roland Maurel, Chief Executive Officer of the Mauvilac Industries Ltd and Mr. Prasand Ujoodha, Managing Secretary of the Mauritius Sports Council, proceeded with the signature of the contract.
 
The renewal of the contract for year 2014 to 2017 for the under mentioned sports infrastructure amounts to Rs 560,000/- :
 
• Auguste Vollaire std
• Germain Comarmond std
• Rose Hill Sports Complex
• Serge Alfred swimming Pool
 
The Chairman of the Mauritius Sports Council thanked Mr. A. Roland Maurel for the trust he has in the Mauritius Sports Council and also for his ongoing support and for being a major partner. He informed that the Mauvilac Industries Ltd has reiterated his partnership to sponsor the forthcoming National Sports Award 2014.
 
The Permanent Secretary also thanked the Chief Executive Officer of the Mauvilac Industries Ltd for his usual collaboration towards the Ministry of Youth & Sports and the Mauritius Sports Council.
